Post Card Travel Set

A large percentage of the tourists visiting Prince Edwards Island love the novel Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery. We wanted to capture the imagination of Anne lovers all over the world. And represent with our post cards the places that you would go to if you were vacationing to Prince Edwards Island specifically to see Anne Shirley’s world. We included the shore and sand dunes where Anne and Diana ramble, the tourist store in Charlottetown with all things Anne, and of course Green Gables.

We carefully choose the colors and fonts to represent the places as well as the mood we wanted to convey. We also utilized a style that is clean, modern, and simple yet with a hint of old fashioned in the border of the poster and the curls of the font. We choose colors that were thoughtful yet playful, and at the same time beautiful to fit our heroine. Who we imagine running through the green fields or standing above the red cliffs with her imagination full of hopes and dreams and the wind in her face.
